Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Witness Wear, a GLORi Technologies LLC brand (“Witness Wear”, “we”), and govern your use of the Witness Wear website, your account, your purchases, and our text-message program. By using the site, signing in, or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

Your account is your mobile phone number, verified with a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the site, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to make a purchase.

Scanning, the test, levels and rare drops

Scanning a garment, taking the test, and earning levels are free. Questions are graded by us and our decisions about scoring are final. XP, levels and unlocks have no cash value. Access to rare drops depends on the requirements shown on your account (for example perfect tests or unique scans of your gear); we may change those requirements for future drops, and we may remove access obtained through abuse, automation or fraud.

Orders

Products are sold through our online store (powered by Shopify), and each piece is made to order and printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner (Printful). Prices, shipping and taxes are shown at checkout, and an order is accepted when we confirm it. Delivery times are estimates. Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact support@glori.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Each garment carries a unique code that links to your chosen verse and giving campaign. You choose the verse and campaign at checkout (and can change them for future pieces on your account page). Custom Bible references you submit are reviewed by us before they can appear on a garment, and we may decline any submission.

Giving campaigns

Ten percent of the merchandise subtotal of each order (before shipping and taxes) is set aside for giving campaigns, allocated to the campaign you choose. Amounts shown on the site are amounts set aside, not a promise of a particular outcome. Where a campaign is marked as a verified partner, that means we have an agreement with the partner organization. Purchases are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scanning or test-taking, scraping, attempts to gain unauthorized access or to interfere with the service, or submissions that are unlawful, hateful, or infringe someone's rights.

Text message terms (SMS program)

Program: Witness Wear text messages.

What we send: if you opt in, recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide: login codes, your weekly scan digest, milestone alerts, order and shipping updates, occasional rare-drop announcements. Sign-in codes are sent when you request one.

How you opt in: by ticking the text-message box when you sign in, at checkout, or on your account page. The text next to the box describes exactly what you are agreeing to. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. A weekly scan digest is the most regular message; milestone, order, shipping and rare-drop messages are sent as events happen.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message and you will receive one confirmation and no more texts. You can also switch texts off on your account page. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The Witness Wear name, marks, designs and site content belong to us or our licensors. Scripture quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible. You may share links to your scan page and results; please do not copy our content or marks for other uses without permission.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and the test are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Witness Wear will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
