Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Witness Wear, a GLORi Technologies LLC brand (“Witness Wear”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website, scan a Witness Wear garment, take the test, create an account, or buy something, and what we do with it. Questions or requests: support@glori.com.

What we collect

• Your mobile number. Your account is your phone number. We use it to send sign-in codes and, if you opt in, text messages (see “Text messages” below).
• Order information. When you buy, our store (Shopify) collects your name, shipping address, email, phone number and payment details. We receive your name, shipping address, email, phone number, what you ordered and the amounts paid. We never see your full card number.
• Choices you make. The verse and giving campaign you select, an optional display name, and any custom verse you submit.
• Activity on the site. Scans of a garment, test answers and scores, XP and level, and unlocks. If you have not signed in, this is tied to a random cookie rather than to you; when you sign in, it is merged into your account.
• Technical data. A one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the address itself) and a coarse device type (mobile or desktop), used to count unique scans and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To run your account, show you your garments and their scan counts, and keep your progress.
• To make and ship your order, create the unique code printed on each piece, and handle support requests.
• To record how much of each sale is set aside for giving campaigns, and to show community totals (which never identify individuals).
• To send the text messages you have asked for.
• To keep the service secure and to limit abuse (rate limiting, fraud prevention).

Text messages

If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you gave us: login codes, your weekly scan digest, milestone alerts, order and shipping updates, occasional rare-drop announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing-type messages is not a condition of any purchase. Sign-in codes are sent when you ask for one.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared for those purposes. We do use service providers to deliver messages (for example Twilio); they may only use your number to deliver our messages and provide the service.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Witness Wear, and only as needed for that purpose: Shopify (storefront, checkout and order management), Printful (printing and shipping your order), Twilio (sign-in codes and text messages), Fly.io and Neon (hosting and our database), and Anthropic and Google (to help write and illustrate educational question content; no personal information is sent). We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety or security of our customers and the service.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a random identifier that lets you play before you sign in, your shopping-cart reference, and your colour preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is open and as needed to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or turn them off on your account page.
• Access, correction, deletion: email support@glori.com from your account or tell us the phone number on the account. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights to know, delete and correct your information; we will honor valid requests and will not discriminate against you for making one.

Children

Witness Wear is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, and limit who can access personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will give notice on the site.
